The service did not have a manager registered with the care quality commission. The care quality commission cqc regulates both the premises and the care provided and both were looked at during this inspection. Accommodation includes a choice of comfortable lounge areas with specially designed furnishings and well equipped bedrooms some of which offer views across the garden.
