Bt Home Hub 6 Connections

I was asked on the phone once about how many devices and when i listed them they said that was the problem.

Things are stable with one device plugged in but as soon as there is more than one device plugged in and in use the home hub port it s plugged. As my wife and i both work from home with 3 kids i probably have.
